Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

Short version: SolveBeat doesn't use tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage — a similar but distinct technology — to keep you logged in.

What we actually use

TechnologyPurposeDuration
Local storage (sg_token)Keeps you logged in between visits, so you don't have to request a new code every timeUntil you log out, or clear your browser data
Local storage (sg_user)Remembers basic account details (email, plan) to display in the interfaceSame as above

What we don't use

Why local storage instead of cookies?

Local storage is a standard browser feature that, unlike cookies, isn't automatically sent with every request to our server — it's only read by our own website's code, and never shared with third parties. Functionally, it serves the same purpose cookies traditionally did for keeping you logged in.

How to clear it

You can clear this data at any time via your browser's settings (usually under "Site data" or "Privacy"), or simply by clicking "Log out" on SolveBeat, which removes it automatically.

Changes

If we ever add analytics or advertising technology in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where required by law.
